Milk Receiving Operator I (Grade 5) - B Shift (6:00 am to 6:30 pm, every other weekend required)

This job description is to outline the responsibilities and daily tasks of the raw Receiving Operator. This role has a responsibility for ensuring both food safety and quality of Chobani product.

- Ensure that safety is number one priority and that all safety policies are followed
- Taking samples and visually inspecting all milk trucks to be unloaded
- Ensure that trucks are unloaded/loaded safely and efficiently
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Keep truck bays clean and clear so that trucks can move in and out efficiently
- Keep track of cleaning timers for silos so that they are washed in a timely manner
- Hook up silos for CIP in a safe and timely manner
- Work closely with the QA team for sample results
- Make sure all GMPs are followed
- Other duties as assigned
- Follow Chobani’s safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Dairy experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Trouble shooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Understand and follow GMPs
- Walking on wet floors
- Be able to lift 75 lbs
- Serve as back up in the absence Milk Receiving Operator

Compensation Range: $23.25 - $29.75, plus bonus.
