Eager Beaver Trailers is currently hiring MIG Welders for day shift at our factory located in Lake Wales, FL.
Eager Beaver Trailers seeks full time experienced or entry level welders for day shift, overtime available, and a monthly $200 Visa Card Production Bonus. Starting pay $16-$18 per hour depending on skill and ability review and test. (1st pay review after 90 days). Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with employer match, Vacation, and Life Insurance and company paid uniforms.

Duties:
Perform MIG welding using various tools and equipment
Rig, assemble, and weld components to fabricate or repair metal structures
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of welding techniques
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
