MIG welders should also follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work area.
MIG welders should be detail-oriented and able to produce high quality welds with minimal errors. They should also be able to quickly identify and resolve welding issues to ensure efficient production. Other skills that may be relevant include problem-solving and teamwork.
MIG welders should have experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures. They should also have experience with hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as calipers, rulers, combination squares, and straightedges.
