Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking candidates for a daytime remote Special Education teacher position for the rest of the 2023/2024 school year. This opportunity is perfect for retired teachers looking to still make a difference in the lives of students or teachers who cannot return to in-person teaching.
Type: Fully remote, contractual position for the remainder of 2023 - 2024 school year
Schedule: Daytime hours, 7:30 - 2:30 p.m. EST
Description/Clientele: Middle School Students, Grades 6 through 8
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, excluding student teaching, of grade levels being requested.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and student progress, as well as assignment grading.
- Must have experience with writing and carrying out IEP plans.
- Must be available for daytime teaching between the hours of 7:30 to 2:30 EST.
- Must have reliable access to both internet services and devices featuring a camera & microphone.
- Certification in Special Education is an absolute requirement for this position
