Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Middle School Special Education Teachers to join our team in Arkansas. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored education and support to students with diverse learning needs. 1. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
2. Provide differentiated instruction to address students' unique learning styles and abilities.

4. Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
5. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to engage students and promote academic and social development.
6. Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and success.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance, behavior, and progress.
8. Attend and actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.

Qualifications:

1. Valid teaching license with special education endorsement in the state of Arkansas.
2. Bachelor's or higher degree in Special Education or a related field.
3. Experience working with Middle School students with special needs.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
