PRIMARY FUNCTION: Pleasant, friendly demeanor, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous in person or telephone service to members while processing routine financial transactions. Opening new accounts or processing loan applications. Cross sells credit union products and services, and makes referrals to a Loan Officer, to Mid Oregon Wealth Management (MOWM), or to our Mortgage Lending area as needed and/or directed.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Provides administrative support including but not limited to setting appointments, scheduling meetings, sorting and delivering mail, typing, printing, and filing correspondence, coordinating direct mail marketing, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports. Coordinates meetings and special events including Mid Oregon Wealth Management (MOWM) workshops. Assist representative with client servicing.

PROPOSED SCHEDULE: The work schedule is typically 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position is eligible for the hybrid work program.
