Mid Level UX Designer
6+Month Contract
Onsite presence three days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs) in Long Island

Responsibilities:

• Lead conversation design projects, meticulously mapping bot paths, copy, and channel specifications.
• Guide clients in crafting compelling bot personas as an integral part of the design process.
• Provide support for CX team activities, including transcript reviews, deck creation, and process mapping as needed.
• Attend regular team stand-up calls to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conversation design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful bot implementations.
• Expertise in understanding and addressing the unique UX demands of 10-foot experiences in video streaming services.
• Ability to lead and drive design projects independently, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Proficient in collaborating with clients, guiding them through the design process, and eliciting valuable insights.
• Availability to work onsite in Long Island three days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs).
• Familiarity with CX team activities, including transcript reviews, deck creation, and process mapping.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to attending and actively participating in team stand-up calls.
• Proven Mid-level UX Designer experience.
