Mid-level Project Scheduler with Primavera P6 (Hybrid)
Location: Vancouver, WA, Portland, OR. With coordination with supervisors Triunity provides a hybrid work environment.
Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, Hybrid 2-3 days/wk. in the Project Office
Job Summary:
Triunity is seeking a full-time mid-level Project Scheduler, or project controls engineer to join our family of project scheduling professionals to work on a major transit project in Washington state. Reporting to the Program Controls Manager, this Mid-level Scheduler will be responsible for providing support to the Project Management Team with programmatic scheduling activities. The successful candidate will have proven hands-on experience working on major transportation and transit projects, working well under pressure, handling complex issues and providing deliverables using varying methods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Participate in the development and team coordination around program scheduling efforts for a major transit capital project.
· Review and update discipline specific activities requiring coordination with the project team.
· Supports, as-directed reporting, including established and ad hoc.
· Implements specific instructions and work assignments received from Project Leadership.
· Supports time-phased analysis of schedule changes/variances.
· Maintains monthly schedule updates and monitors progress against baseline benchmarks.
· Monitors/reviews contractor/consultant submitted schedules and provides structured feedback.
· Assists with the development of projected design, construction, and post-construction activities and site conditions for inclusion in the scheduling process.
· Identifies major milestones, schedule changes, and trends.
· Evaluate critical and near-critical path activity sequences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Project Management, and/or related field.
- 7-10 years of project scheduling on major civil engineering projects
- 5 years' experience in Primavera P6 scheduling
- Rail Transit or Transportation experience
Desired Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Primavera P6 scheduling (preferred)
- Demonstrate work ethic.
- The ability to free access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.
- The ability to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.

Job Type: Full-time (HYBRID)
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
