Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Mid-Level Production and Inventory Coordinators(level C) to join our BSL West Jordan Fulfillment to support our Line Side Control Center (LSCC)and Expedite team in our West Jordan and Salt Lake City, Utah locations.
The selected candidates will need to be highly motivated, work well with multiple groups, including other Boeing sites, and be willing to learn new systems and processes. They will be supporting the LSCC (Line Side Control Center) and Expedite. They will also assist in our Fulfillment areas as needed. These positions will be offered at our West Jordan location on 1st shift and our Salt Lake City location on 2nd shift.
Position Responsibilities:

• Processes and moves Production and other materials into and out of storage, Production and other locations to support complex Production and product support activities, flight test, etc.
• Support the production team in various locations with parts and tools.
• Monitors and analyzes work in process.
• Responsible for shipping and receiving of materials.
• Updates status of parts and materials using automated systems.
• Identifies and reports problems and recommendations to insure parts availability.
• Analyzes problems and resolves or reconciles discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy.
• Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delay.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
• 1+ years of experience in working with various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and cranes
• 1+ years of experience with experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management
• 1+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
• 1+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
• 1+ years of experience in managing projects

Typical Education/Experience:
Typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/GED) and 4 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.
Relocation:
