Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Experienced Procurement Analyst/Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, WA, Everett, WA, Dallas, TX, San Antonio, TX, or Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities - Mid-Level 3:

• Designs executive presentations
• Performs data analytics to assess current status, project future performance, identify trends and develop actions plans accordingly
• Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects
• Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
• Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
• Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
• Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
• Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
• Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
• Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
• Develops risk mitigation plan

Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 4:

• Designs executive presentations
• Performs data analytics to assess current status, project future performance, identify trends and develop actions plans accordingly
• Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
• Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
• Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
• Leads cross-functional process management activities
• Supports and provides input into supply chain division strategy
• Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Mid-Level 3: More than 3 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experienced Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts
• Experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level 3: Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Experienced Level 4: Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level 3: $71,400 - $100,800

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 4: $86,700 - $123,900
