SalarySJL Law LLP is currently looking for mid-level associates and beyond with litigation experience and the desire and drive to be real trial lawyers. This is an opportunity for a driven, organized associate to lead an entire team for at least one client from case inception through trial, with heavy client contact and exposure. We offer a competitive compensation package with benefits and an employer-sponsored 401K plan, but, more importantly, we offer the opportunity to dive head first into a busy litigation practice with a great office environment. Most associates will find themselves in court in the first few weeks and with more trial experience than their peers – by far. The firm boasts some of the best litigators in Southern California and the chance to learn from those lawyers. Importantly, while trial work can be challenging, the firm promotes an exciting work atmosphere along with a healthy work life balance, including flexible remote working, depending on your needs. Office attire is very casual -- as is the attitude despite the fast-paced work we do. Please have at least 5 years litigation experience.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
