SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management, engineering, logistics, and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Mid-Level Geospatial Analyst will provide executive-level assessments to senior Air Force Wing and Above Command ISR leaders regarding the planning, deployment, operation, and integration of advanced ISR technologies and capabilities into Joint warfighting constructs. The Mid-Level Geospatial shall provide operational and technical GEOINT subject matter expertise regarding multi-ISR discipline, correlated, and fused intelligence analysis in response to command-validated requirements; while reporting directly to the WinTec Program Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducts geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences. Exploits imagery, vector, and other data types to include non-geospatially correlated data to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain. Provides analysis on, but is not limited to, terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity.
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive 203: Analytic Standards and experience with Information Warfare components (Info Ops, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, ISR) is required.
- Liaison with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Mission Management Teams and Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) on current operations; conduct Analytical Lines of Operations (ALOE) traces and analyses; liaison with AF DCGS consumers to verify requirements are met; review AF DCGS products and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) for compliance with applicable AF and Intelligence Community directives; and maintain awareness of new technologies and non-materiel solutions for potential AF DCGS weapon system implementation.
- Conduct problem set, trend, network, and system of systems analyses; assess, validate and implement mission qualification training and certification improvements; devise ISR effectiveness metrics and quality control processes; liaison between air component operations, intelligence and ISR production elements; and help guide multi-discipline ISR collection management activities.
- Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills; capable of critical thinking at the operational, theater and strategic levels; practice multiple structured analytical techniques; and be capable of working independently or in collaboration with multiple organizational representatives to develop strategies and solutions to complex operational and technical ISR issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline with 4+ years of related Air Force/DOD experience -OR- a total of 10+ years related Air Force/DOD experience, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.
- Operational AF DCGS experience is required.
- 6+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to Mid-Level Geospatial Analyst with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Military background or familiarity with military command and control structures.
- Possess a working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
- Demonstrate time management, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently react to shifting program requirements and work in a team environment.
- Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
