SAIC is seeking a Microsoft Intune Engineer. The position will support a large federal government agency and their mobile environment which includes iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems. The position will have a hybrid telework arrangement with on-site presence one day a week, at a secure government facility. Work schedule will be Monday through Friday during normal business hours with a potential for occasional on-call responsibilities. Work location and schedule subject to change based on government requirements.
Description of Duties
- Perform Tier 3 engineering support to Microsoft’s cloud-based Intune endpoint management system, providing enterprise level app and device management services to desktops, mobile devices, and other endpoints.
- Support policy, app, and device configuration management for endpoints, including design, test, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Respond to complex incidents escalated from Tier 2 including service outages and degradations. Interface with vendor and other enterprise support elements as required.
- Provide system security support including threat prevention and reduction, response, and remediation.
Qualifications
Required Experience, Education, Skills, & Attributes
- Bachelor’s in computer science, data science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5+ years of work experience in end-point management systems such as MS Intune, Workspace One, and MobileIron. (Intune preferred.)
Required Clearance
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret Clearance or higher
Desired Experience, Skills, & Attributes
- Microsoft O365, Azure, Windows 10/11 desktops
- PowerShell scripting and Group Policy management
- Prior work experience in government
- Understanding of interoperability between networks and mobile device management systems
- ITIL v4 Foundations
