An Account Manager develops and oversees the execution of account plans for multiple accounts and works to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer that are on track with goals, budgets, and forecasts. As an Account Manager, you will understand customer drivers of digital transformation and leverage understanding to engage internal teams to accelerate the customer's digital transformation and strategy, in addition to cultivating relationships and using Microsoft sales strategies throughout multiple levels of the customer's organization to establish strong alignment on long-term goals and secure buy in and execution.

Responsibilities
- Seeks feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience.
- Orchestrates extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts.
- Recommends Microsoft solutions to customers, and develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells.
- Develops strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Coordinates with internal industry experts to gather industry data of assigned accounts and improve planning.

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

Account Management IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $64,200 - $115,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $86,100 - $126,600 per year.
