The Analyst, Financial Systems is responsible for the administration and functionality of our North America D365 expansion, with potential future global implications. Responsibilities include system configuration, integration management and user support. Additionally, this person will be responsible for testing and maintenance as well as serve as liaison between developers and the business for all internal financial system tools used for requests by Client and Vendors.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience with Dynamics AX or D365
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables, index matches)
- Financial/Accounting background a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting user issues with of Dynamics D365 including monitoring and triaging help desk tickets.
- Take lead on configuration and functionality for new functionality in NA
- Assist in configuration and testing for modules already customized for OMC such as Purchase Orders, Time and Expenses
- Meet with Internal & offshore development teams weekly to review open issues and help prioritize
- Assist with user access and security role assignments
- Assist with developing training documentation and content for new functionality.
- Review Microsoft release notes and assist in identifying new features OMG may be interested in turning on
- Assist with regression testing for Microsoft release updates as well as OMC custom code pushes
- As OMG expands its D365 footprint globally, this resource will be assisting with new implementation configuration according to business requirements and OMC standards
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
