Position Summary:
Role: CMT seeks a Microelectronic Wire Bonder that is passionate in RF and Microwave circuitry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble Microelectronic components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect and test assembled products for quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and optimize assembly procedures.
- Verifies quality of finished product.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.
- Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts under microscope.
- Able to problem-solving using existing procedures to perform straightforward tasks.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED
- Wire bonding experience REQUIRED.
- Prior assembly experience REQUIRED.
- Experience with soldering PREFFERED.
- 2 years of experience in microelectronic assembly or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Familiarity with a variety of microelectronic components, including resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Demonstrates all safety policies and procedures.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
