Wonderful opportunity for an ~ EXPERIENCED TWO-PERSON TEAM ~ to manage a 55+ community located in Southern Oregon. This is a beautiful, gated (90+ space) community w/private lake, clubhouse, scenic common areas near the Rogue River.
Shared duties include office management (accounting, rent collection, monthly reports), tenant relations/communication, able to prepare rental application packages/month-to-month rental agreements/addendums for new resident move-in, ability to screen and qualify prospective tenants, perform annual 4-sided resident home inspections and produce inspection reports for tenant's review, enforce community rules and regulations, perform common ground/landscape/clubhouse maintenance, monitor, manage and coordinate subcontractor contracts/performance guidelines and the sales and marketing of new homes being constructed.
The community is an upscale, retirement residential manufactured home community that is highly sought after due to its prestigious upkeep and its valued residents.
Compensation includes an exceptional custom lake-side home (2 bdrms, 2 baths, dble garage with utilities/internet/cable included) and a monthly salary.
One applicant should have past management experience with emphasis on property management and tenant relations, leasing/rentals and/or hospitality/sales/marketing. Knowledge of Rent Manager (or similar property management) accounting software is a plus!
Add'l team applicant should have background in property maintenance (handyman/homebuilding/construction) with emphasis on attention to details and ability to perform the upkeep of grounds, water-features, clubhouse and the exterior common areas.
Both applicants MUST BE tech savvy and computer literate and have a background in property/tenant/landlord management. Must be willing to learn the Oregon Landlord/Tenant law/statutes (ORS & MHCO) that pertain to manufactured housing. Training and certification will be provided to the managers with renewed certification required every 2 years.
