What You’ll Do
You will be on the front lines of leading our new team of Client Manager Associates in our Client Management organization. You will monitor and ensure proper operation of customer engagement, experience, satisfaction, and retention while coaching and developing employees to greater levels of success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on employee’s performance.- Coach and develop team to ensure that individual and department KPIs are achieved.
- Develop and manage interdepartmental relationships focused on ensuring balanced and effective outcomes.
- Analyze trends to develop and execute strategies designed to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and retention.
- Lead and actively participate in department and organizational sponsored projects.
- Ensures schedule adherence for Client Success team associates through use of real-time monitoring tools and works with leadership to achieve service level performance goals for assigned groups and/or contracts.
- Act as a resource to staff in resolving difficult and unusual technical questions regarding products and division practices, operations, and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison to and resource for cross functional teams and policyholders. Partner with cross functional teams to support the confluence of soft transfers.

Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience required.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an environment managing non-exempt roles, with staffing across multiple time zones.
Management experience: Minimum 2 years acting in a management role.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and
comprehensive benefits
including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
