Job Overview
This position leads and directs an existing management team including CLMs and CLMIIs that supports drivers and customers in a dedicated on-site environment, responsible for approximately 40 - 125 total drivers.
What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
- Monitors and audits financial functions including driver payroll, customer invoices, accounts receivables and P&L accuracy, formulating improvement plans as needed
- Weekly contact with the Customer and the Customer's transportation departments via phone call and in person to discuss feedback and future operations planning
- Manage and Oversee various standard reports, KPI's, Customer Scorecards, and QBR's
- Collaborate with HR to develop driver recruiting and retention plans
- Work with cross functional teams in procurement and maintenance to ensure assets are in USAT and DOT compliance.
