Metropolis Resort is seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk worker to join our hotel team. As a Hotel Front Desk worker, you will be the face of our resort, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their stay. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding guest experiences, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a genuine passion for delivering top-notch service to our guests.
Part time position available with weekends being the primary time needed. Regular shift times include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and the occasional 1pm-9pm, 8-4p, or 3-9pm.

Responsibilities & Duties:
-Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression by offering a friendly and professional demeanor at the Front Desk.
-Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and streamlined process.
-Provide guests with accurate information about room rates, resort amenities, and open/close times to enhance their overall experience.
-Respond to guest inquiries, including reservations, special requests, and complaints, in a courteous and timely manner.
-Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and fulfill guest requests promptly.
-Keep updated on resort offerings, promotions, and local events to provide guests with relevant and engaging information.
-Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to customer service and hospitality.
