2 Week training period of part time (24Hrs) Full time after training is complete
If training is compete you will move onto a new evaluation period as follows;
30 Day Evaluation - Sink or Swim
90 Day Evaluation - Pay Increase to $19/hr
Pass with 80% Score - Bonus Pay Opportunities

Job Description: Havens Metal is seeking a finisher . Primarily, you will finish metal products with a DA (dual action) sanding tool and various other tools. The surface of the metal is finished to make it smooth and visually appealing. We handcraft custom metal products and each one of them are finished to the highest quality.
Job Type: Part time training period(2 Week)/Full time position
Starting Pay Range: $17-19/ hour
- Pay will increase based on job performance
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Sheet metal experience (Preferred)
Job Description:
Havens Luxury Metals is seeking a new addition to our team in the available position of Metal Finisher. Finishing is a detail oriented position that will involve using a DA sanding tool and grinders to make the surface of the metal look visually appealing while at the same time being functional.
Havens is a tight knit team of less than 10 employees in the shop, and we are seeking someone who will fit right in with good energy and a positive outlook each day.
We are looking for someone with good communication, attention to detail, hard working, and always willing to learn new skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Schedule:
