Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Position Summary:Metal fabricator Press brake operator of a variety of sheet metal working machines. This position performs a variety of metal working operations on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to produce a variety of parts and assembled equipment, all of which must meet the dimensional specifications of the mechanical engineered drawings.

Position Summary:Metal fabricator Press brake operator of a variety of sheet metal working machines. This position performs a variety of metal working operations on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to produce a variety of parts and assembled equipment, all of which must meet the dimensional specifications of the mechanical engineered drawings.
- Press Brake
- Select proper dies based on materials thickness and type building a variety of (hoppers, frames, etc.)
- Set up tooling load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
- Layout location of holes, cutouts, and bends, making allowance for welding and conveniences in assembly if required.
- Check work, using scales, square, template or samples, for conformance to drawing tolerances.
- Shear
- Select proper setting for material thickness and type
- Deburr all parts
- Ironworker
- Select proper punches based on material thickness and type
- Deburr all parts
- Saw
- Check work, using scales, square, template or samples, for conformance to cut list
- Deburr all parts

Experience and Skills
- Required Experience:
- Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years in welding and metal fabrication environment
- Press break, shear, TiG welding, metal rolling operation experience is a plus
- Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with all fabrication equipment listed above
- Tig welding
