The Facilities Administrator will provide critical support to the vision of success for Clean Laundry through mechanical support of our three Des Moines locations. This team member will develop great rapport within the community by providing prompt and reliable service to our customers. They will also have the acquired mechanical skills or the ability to learn at a fast pace to support customers within the facility have an overall great experience. As a result of the impact of their work in the laundromat, customers will become raving fans of the Clean Laundry service.

The locations you will be supporting are our 1130 S Country Club Dr. and 318 E Brown Rd, Suite 101 Mesa, AZ locations.
The hours we are seeking support during are open- weekday, weeknight, and weekend hours.

What You'll Do On A Weekly Basis:

• Support each location up to 6-8 hours per week (18-24 hours total)
• Flexible Work Environment: A schedule built around your personal/professional schedule.
• Bookkeeping: Count money and coins, log financial data, bank deposits.
• Facilities Maintenance: Simple maintenance and repair of our washers, dryers, and equipment. (Training will be provided)
• Communication with leader of any additional repairs or maintenance that may be required.
• Support any on-site customer needs during your shifts.
• Grow Store Revenue
• Ensure the facility is clean and comfortable for customers by completing the cleaning duties assigned with excellence.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Address facility needs as they arise.
• Maintain, track, and organize inventory and supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation for the Facilities Administrator position is $18 - $22 per hour.

Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
