Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation and execution of merchandising strategies and plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in the development of planograms and schematics for product displays - Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment - Support the pricing process by gathering relevant data and conducting competitive analysis - Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns - Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and preparing reports Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Experience or knowledge in retail merchandising or related field is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in time management to meet deadlines effectively - Knowledge of planograms, schematics, and visual merchandising concepts is a plus - Multilingual skills are an asset for communicating with diverse customers Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
