Mental Health Therapist (Private Practice)

Compass Counseling Services is a group practice with offices located in Fort Gibson and Tahlequah, Oklahoma. We are searching for the newest member of our team! Potential applicants must be motivated, driven, and comfortable with working independently. Compass provides its employees with flexible scheduling - optional four-day work week for full-time employees or set your own hours completely as a part-time or fee-for-service clinician. Our goal is therapist autonomy. Develop your niche! Applicants must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Oklahoma as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or other masters/doctoral level related license.

Job Description: The role of the MHP (Mental Health Provider) is to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. The MHP provides therapeutic services relevant to treatment, completes intake, assessment, treatment plan development, and any other relevant and necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Standard full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling available. Salaried clinicians only require a four-day work week. Part-time clinicians can set their own hours.
• Complete intake, assessment, and treatment plan development
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide psychotherapy to clients/families.
• Complete progress notes and therapy notes related to treatment
• Complete discharge paperwork when applicable
• Provide teletherapy services when necessary
• Develop your niche and find the population that fits you!

Job Requirements:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or other related field.
• License as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or other masters/doctoral level Mental Health practitioner.

• Private Network paneling completed by administrative staff.
• Scheduling, billing, referrals, network management, and marketing handled by Compass administrative staff
