Staff Psychotherapist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychotherapy, counseling to a diverse clientele.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address client issues
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with current research in the field of psychotherapy and counseling and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Skills:
- Strong clinical skills in providing therapy
- Experience working with clients in a Mental Health setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills

[ The difference between W2 employment and 1099 is that W2 employment is for employees, where taxes are withheld by the employer. We take care of paying part of your taxes and offer full benefits full-time, while 1099 independent contractor means you're responsible for paying all of your taxes, including self-employment tax and income tax, etc.]

If the provided schedules don't match your current availability, we regret to inform you that alternative schedules aren't available at this time. These schedules are thoughtfully crafted to meet clientele demands.
Below are the available Full-time Work Schedules:
(A) Full-time (Mon-Fri): 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Weekends Off)
(B) Full-time (Tue-Fri): 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, Sat: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Sun-Mon Off)
(C) Full-time (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri): 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Wed: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Weekends Off)
(D) **For those interested in part-time hours, please kindly provide your schedule availability. Our operating hours are from Monday to Saturday. **The highest demand for counseling therapy sessions is in the early afternoons, evenings, & weekends.

- Master's (Required)
Experience:
- Psychotherapy, Mental Health Counseling: 1 year (Required)
