Mental Health Therapist (Lmsw)

The ideal candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to learn the ins and outs of private practice, needs clinical supervision for licensure, has availability to schedule with clients, is a self-starter, and wants to have a full caseload of mostly in-person clients. Must be organized, motivated to grow a caseload and quick to respond to client inquiries.

Duties:

- Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients with a variety of Mental Health concerns within your scope of practice
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address client needs
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of Mental Health therapy

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Social Work
- Valid TN state licensure (LMSW, LCSW)
- At least 1 year experience in individual, family, or group counseling is preferred
- Emotional intelligence and a warm, empathetic demeanor

Compensation: $40-$48 per hour. This is a contractor/1099 position. Clinical supervision will be provided for you to work toward your 3,000 hours for LCSW licensure.
