OneMed is looking to hire a Mental Health Therapist. We strive to provide excellent care for our patients and expect that another member of the team will provide that same level of care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling to patients, focusing on their Mental Health and well-being.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists primary care physicians to coordinate psychopharmacological interventions when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and regulations in the field of social work.

Experience:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and interventions
- Familiarity with the ICD-10 coding system for Mental Health diagnoses.

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and challenges.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
