Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Plains, MT is looking to add another LCSW to the growing practice. Our organization is a well established out-patient Mental Health practice, working with clients from diverse backgrounds. We aim to provide effective, evidence based therapeutic interventions designed to improve the health and wellbeing of our clients. We currently treat individuals, groups and families in the State of Montana. There is shared office space available and the opportunity to work face-to-face or via telehealth technology.
Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients.
- Diagnoses and treats Mental Health disorders.
- Creates individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.
- Meets with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Conducts ongoing assessments of client progress.
- Engage in weekly consultation to discuss and process current case load and concerns.
- Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
- Refers clients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
- Maintains thorough records of client meetings and progress.
- Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
- Complete weekly billing through an excel document
- Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Work Hours & Benefits
Wages will be determined according to approved billing and will be compensated at 50% of the reimbursement rate according to approved weekly billing/client contact hours. Covered costs include office space and access to office supplies including internet and fax, billing (which is 10% of the total reimbursement rate of submitted claims) and supervision hours as needed. Work hours are flexible and determined by office availability for in-person clients and the therapists’ preferences.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Current with all state licensing requirements, including LCPC, LCSW or licensure candidate in the State of Montana
