Mental Health Therapist- Independent Contractor

We are seeking a few compassionate and skilled 1099 Contract Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with clients of all ages to help them develop and implement effective strategies to manage their behaviors and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client

- Work with clients to help them develop and implement coping strategies to manage their behaviors

- Provide one-on-one and family counseling in order to provide support to clients and their families

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes and treatment plans data

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in counseling, social work or a related field and must possess and maintain full or provisional Licensure Status (LCSW, PLCSW,LPC, LPCA, LCASA eligible or Ph. D.) in South Carolina.

- Experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

- Understanding of and commitment to ethical and professional standards
