Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychotherapy services to clients, offering various benefits tailored to their needs, ranging from short-term goal-focused Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to comprehensive employer health plans allowing sessions as medically necessary.
- Provide treatment to adults who have undergone brief, evidence-based online screenings to identify their symptoms and areas of concern.
- Optionally, be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
- Maintain an updated calendar displaying availability and ensure timely completion of session documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Implement evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions, customized to each client's unique needs.
- Collaborate effectively with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever assistance is required.
- Uphold our values of diversity and inclusion by delivering culturally competent and empathetic care to clients of all races, ethnicities, and genders.
Qualifications:
- Possess an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Washington, and preferably in multiple states (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the Mental Health field.
- Have access to a dedicated office space for in-person therapy, if providing such services.
- Proficient in technology, including managing online calendars, completing notes and documentation, reviewing case files, and delivering therapy via platforms like Zoom.
- Trained and experienced in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
- Comfortable providing safety planning and intervention in situations where clients may present with higher risks.
- Committed to delivering quality clinical care and keen on expanding capabilities to enhance effectiveness, staying informed about client progress or challenges.
- Enjoy working independently while also valuing the support of a team, including opportunities for collaboration with other providers and master's level clinical care navigators.
Compensation:
- The target pay range for this position is $60-$70 per 55-minute session, with individual pay subject to variation based on factors like licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other business considerations.
