SalaryThis role is for a go-getter who is looking to learn and grow a private practice prior to obtaining their license. Benefits include the ability to make your own schedule, weekly supervision and signed hours, weekly trainings and support in launching a successful practice.
This is a W-2 position with potential to earn $50-$100/hour. The number of hours worked is dictated by your client load and client load is gained through self starter efforts in conjunction with a supervisor who will assist with best practices for building a practice. Once licensed, clients will stay with you and your earning will grow by 50%.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct Mental Health assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Participate in weekly supervision (may be individual, triadic or group depending on group needs)
- Participate in weekly trainings on ethics, modalities and interventions
- Use support of supervisor to take steps in setting up private practice
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology or related Mental Health field
- Associates number (ex. ASW, AMFT, APCC)
- At least 500 supervised hours completed under associate number
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
