We are seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Therapist to provide Mental Health care for children and adolescents in grades K-12.
The children and adolescents who come to Dakota Family Services have complex mental and behavioral health issues, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, depression, autism, bipolar disorder, and trauma. Responsibilities:
Walk alongside patients during their Mental Health journey and advocate for them by connecting them with the resources they need to accomplish their Mental Health goals.
- Provide evidence-based services to help patients meet their treatment goals.
- Conduct therapy, groups, and family therapy when clinically indicated.
- Provide client diagnosis as appropriate, using the DSM-V, and in consultation with psychology or psychiatry providers as necessary to coordinate patient care.
- Provide integrated services by communicating and documenting services, care, and treatment.
- Modify the patient's treatment plan as needed to meet their therapeutic needs.
Minimum qualifications/education:
- Must be licensed as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota, or be able to obtain licensure in North Dakota.
- Master's or doctorate degree required.
- Must have an insurable driving record to be able to drive agency vehicles.
