Job Summary:
The Account Manager will oversee the direct care staff at a number of facilities around Round Rock and Georgetown. Will be responsible for the scheduling, supervising and manage all day to day operations for the staff in these facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the direct care at a Mental Health Facility
- Hire, develop, motivate and retain quality staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of services provided
- Manage the scheduling of staff and ensure adequate coverage
- Ensure timely and accurate record keeping
- Provide excellent customer service
- Make timely decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
- Assist in Interviewing and making hiring decisions
- Maintain up to date training records
Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
