HealthCare Recruiters (HCRI) is seeking a licensed or pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor or Mental Health Therapist with credentials LGSW, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist for an Adolescent Residential facility specializing in treating eating disorders. Join a Nationally recognized leader in Eating Disorder Recovery willing to train Mental Health Therapist and Mental Health Counselors in the highest level of individualized care.

• Mental Health Counselor will work Monday through Friday 8:30-5 PM, no call
• Mental Health Counselor develops, implements, and coordinates individualized treatment plans for Adolescent clients
• Mental Health Counselors conduct group counseling sessions, utilizing their skills as a therapist
• Mental Health Counselors collaborate with colleagues and community professionals, for coordinated care
• Mental Health Counselor evaluates clinical quality and participates in case consultation
• Mental Health Counselor maintains compliant clinical records and confidentiality
• Mental Health Counselor stays updated on current practices through professional engagement and paid education
• Mental Health Counselor prepares and submits billing records accurately and on time

Mental Health Therapist- LGSW, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or LP Requirements:

• Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field
• Licensed or Pre-Licensed as LGSW, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience
• Knowledge of DBT, CBT, FBT, and eating disorders treatment is a plus

Mental Health Therapist- LGSW, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or LP Compensation:

• $5k Sign on Bonus
• $65,000 - $77,000 Dependent on licensure
