Role Impact: As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll play a crucial role in changing lives by providing assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Behavioral Health Assessments and implement Treatment Plans.
- Deliver individual, family, and group counseling.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage crisis situations.
- Engage in multi-disciplinary team discussions and weekly supervision sessions.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and participate in after-hours on-call services.
Candidate Profile:
- Masters Degree in counseling, social work, or related field required.
- Must be BBS-registered (AMFT, ACSW, APCC).
- Affinity to work with LGBTQIA+ Community and homeless youth affected by racism, homophobia, etc.
- Must be comfortable working in the community - traveling to meet clients in coffee shops, YMCA satellite office, etc.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
