Men's Lounge Bar And Locker Room Attendant

POSITION SUMMARY:  
The Men’s Bar and Lounge Attendant provides food and beverage service to our Membership and their Guests.  The Men’s Bar and Lounge Attendant also maintains and ensures immaculate Locker Room facilities for our Membership and their Guests.  This position is best suited for a self-motivated individual who has a strong sense of customer service and professionalism.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Engage with our Membership with tact in a friendly and upbeat manner providing a seamless experience between the Men’s Lounge and other Club amenities
• Serving food and beverage to our Members and Guests in the Locker Room, golf course, and pool
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the lounge and Locker Room facilities including the bar, showers, jacuzzi, steam room, vanity and Locker bays
• Ensure all towels and amenities are fully stocked and neatly presented
• Taking transportation requests and communicating the request with Transportation Manager in a timely manner

• Ability to anticipate our Member’s needs
• Food and beverage experience
• Maintain high ethical and moral standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone, email, and in person
• Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment

REQUIREMENTS AND LICENSES:

• Must be male over the age of 21
• Ability to work early and/or late hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak times of the year
• ServSafe Food Handler Card preferred, must be completed upon job offer
• ABC Responsible Beverage Services preferred, must be completed upon job offer
• Maintaining a neatly groomed physical appearance including shaved face

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  (with or without accommodation)
•       Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to carry a tray weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 5 hours at a time
• Ability to sit for 4-5 hours
• Ability to twist, kneel, and bend repeatedly when moving inventory and assisting Members and during site clean up
• Ability to push heavy carts up to a quarter mile at a time

WAGE RANGE: $19.00 - $23 per hour plus gratuities
