Men’s Locker Room Attendant

Atlanta Country Club is seeking to hire a Full-Time Men’s Locker Room Attendant. The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our Members and guests. They are responsible for the designated Locker Rooms, as well as taking care of other locations and ensuring all facilities are in working order. They oversee the Locker Rooms and restrooms and keep them clean, stocked, and fresh at all times. Locker Room Attendants should be knowledgeable of Club services, features, upcoming , and specials. This housekeeping position comes with a competitive wage of $17.00 an hour. We also offer free meals while on duty, free parking, uniform, employee appreciation events, employee recognition opportunities, and a wonderful work environment.

Responsibilities
As a Men's Locker Room Attendant, you ensure that our members are taken care of in a friendly, courteous, and gracious way and that the Locker Room facilities and equipment are kept exceptionally clean and well organized. During the shift, you will ensure that towels and other toiletries are well stocked in our Locker Rooms. We also depend on you for the cleanliness and upkeep of our men's Locker Room as it reflects the total member experience. In addition to cleaning the facility and serving our members who use this space, you have the opportunity to assist with other housekeeping and event needs throughout the Club as we are all one team. Your attention to detail and ability to work both individually and as part of a team help you excel. Each evening before you leave, you follow your shift workflow to complete all of your cleanings, sanitizing, and organizing duties.

· Clean and repair shoes for Members and guests as requested.

· Maintain the Cleanliness of the Locker Room and restrooms/showers/steam room by mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and assuring the Locker Room remains tidy

· Maintaining and increasing Member and guest satisfaction.

· Become familiar with Member’s Names and greet each member accordingly

· Maintains a positive work attitude

· Maintain inventory and restock supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, lotions, etc

About You

Male only for Men's Locker Room. Female only for Women's Locker Room.
Customer service/hospitality experience.
high school diploma, or equivalent.

· Must be able to climb stairs

· Must be able to lift 30 pounds

· Constantly walks, stands, reaches, bends, sits, carries, pushing and pulling

· Minimum of 1 year of customer service with bartending and food service experience a PLUS

· Background check and drug test required
