Job Description
We are currently seeking a Membership Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our membership programs to new and existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and build relationships with new and existing customers
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
* Negotiate and close sales deals
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Provide accurate forecasting and pipelines to management
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
