A NAC Sales and Fitness Advisor is responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and hitting their sales goals. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing members as well as the non members. A Sales and Fitness Advisor's goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. *Fitness enthusiast, a must!
Actively engage in sales activities to generate new leads, convert prospects into members, and achieve sales targets set by the organization
- Doing research online to generate leads
- Handle inbound and outbound customer lead phone calls
- Reach the sales targets set by the sales manager
- Perform full-cycle sales role with a focus on closing sales
- Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads, engage with prospective members, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Set appointments and follow up with prospects via phone
- Maintain a high degree of product and service expertise
- Implementation of the different sales campaigns or initiatives of the company
- Support the wider sales team in transactional or operational tasks
- Manage the incoming prospects and help the team’s acquisition through various ways of sales outreach
- Responsible for efficient follow-up, successful conversion rates and maintaining relationships
- Manage, track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members by providing personalized assistance, answering queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and membership conversions using CRM systems or other designated tools
