Membership Representative (Part-Time)

HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team at the West Clermont HealthPlex in Batavia, Ohio.

Membership Sales Representative - Batavia, OH

Part-time, 20 hours per week with a free membership

In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the General Manager.
• Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A passion for helping people live healthier lives & the ability to be a team player who works well with others.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems and basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
