F45 Training is a high-intensity, interval-based group training concept that combines functional movements in a 45-minute circuit style session, helping you to achieve your fitness goals whether you are a beginner or expert-level fitness consumer.

Responsibilities:

The MC oversees membership sales, facility tours, and member retention. Responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all clients to be their best and achieve their goals. Additionally responsible for developing first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolving concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.

• Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our fitness offerings
• Creating an inviting and encouraging atmosphere by welcoming existing and potential members to the facility
• Be well-versed in the F45 product, elevator pitch, and sales process
• Help trainers re-set room for the next class and other general operations
• Become an expert in sales outreach via our CRM system to contact current and past leads to get booked into trial classes
• Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.
• Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversion to trial redemption and membership sales
• Helping to keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
• Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community.

Experience:

- Sales and/or outreach experience preferred.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Fitness industry experience is a plus.

- Education: High school degree required. Associates, Some College or Bachelor's degree preferred.

We offer competitive compensation, including a base rate per hour plus commission, along with personal bonus opportunities.
