Our customer is looking for a Member Success Manager to join their team! As a Member Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the membership experience for their valued members. As an outgoing and results-driven professional, you will directly engage with existing members in California to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and enhance overall satisfaction. Your focus on member retention will contribute significantly to revenue growth, making you a key asset in building lasting relationships and maintaining our positive brand image.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with existing members through phone, mail, and email.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to ensure member satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed retention goals by developing effective strategies and working collaboratively with the Marketing team.
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management software to track and analyze member interactions and information.
- Analyze member behavior, collect feedback, and develop strategic plans for increased retention.
- Conduct outreach to new and renewing members, as well as those with unpaid dues.
- Occasionally travel to support company events.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom), MC Trade Association Management System, Asana, HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to stay professional in stressful situations.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or related market/business experience; restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
