Member Services Representatives have the opportunity to use their skills to perform a variety of tasks, while providing our members with personable, efficient, and accurate member service. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a team- and service-oriented, professional environment and have the ability to access and assist members with their individual needs. Sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Proper handling and balancing of cash and checks
- Accurately processing member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashier checks, money orders, cash advances, gift cards, and license plate stickers
- Promoting products and services
- Willingly assisting members with applying for products and services
- Answering phones
- Contributing to credit union goals
- Community outreach on credit union's behalf
- Credit union member development/onboarding
- Performing other duties as assigned and as requested
Qualifications:
- Customer/Member service experience
- Cash handling experience
Requirements:
- Availability Monday through Saturday. Flexibility.
- Team player
- Good communication and computer skills
- Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and organization guidelines
- Ability to look at computer screens for hours and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail

Availability:
Required availability is regular business hours Monday – Friday as well as some Saturdays. Extended hours will be required on occasion.
