We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team and provide legendary customer service to our members and guests. As a Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for anyone walking into our club and will play an integral role in contributing to the overall success of the club and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge members and guests as they enter the club
- Check in members and guests and ensure they have a positive experience
- Answer the phones and direct calls appropriately
- Receive and process payment for membership, program sales and any other cash transactions while practicing proper cash handling procedures
- Assist members and guests with inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about club services and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- All other duties as assigned by the Level II Manager and Associate Manager
- Understand and follow all safety rules and regulations including knowledge of emergency procedures and location of emergency equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills\
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
