COMPANY BACKGROUND
The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) was created by and for members and operates as a member-owned non-profit entity. FS-ISAC provides vital information to the financial services sector to assist financial firms in protecting their critical infrastructure assets and confidential information.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Member Services Program Coordinator will be responsible for extracting and uploading agenda data, responding to data-related queries, and setting up processes to streamline event registration for members and vendors. The position works with SMEs, members, and staff and requires strong communication skills, organization, extensive cross-department coordination, and ability to navigate Salesforce and virtual events platforms. The role is also responsible for testing/QA checks on our apps and registration processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage content processes for major global events (physical and virtual).
- Lead effort to upload event agenda data into Salesforce and coordinate sync to the event platform.
- Ensure all agenda and speaker updates are made in Salesforce.
- Coordinate non-member, speaker, and vendor registration processes for events in each region.
- Collaborates with event teams and marketing functions on needed data and process updates.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Cvent is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Office 365, virtual meetings platforms (GoTo, Zoom, MS Teams) is desired.

This position will consider remote candidates, but Hybrid Reston, VA candidates are preferred.
