Role Description

CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) is looking for a detail-oriented & results-driven team member to join the Homes.com Member Services team. Homes.com (a subsidiary of CoStar Group) is a growing marketplace, reimagining the home search experience for consumers and agents alike. We’re building the new Homes.com Network to help homebuyers make the best choices for homes they love in neighborhoods that match their lifestyle. The role of the Client Onboarding Specialist I is responsible for providing best-in-class customer experience to the Homes.com client base consisting of Real-estate Agents and Brokers subscribing to our paid products. In this role, you will be the first point of contact after purchasing their subscription and are responsible for all paid customer issues; answering calls/emails from paying Homes customers on a wide variety of issues, as well as educating our new members on the benefits of the program and how they can optimize their accounts for the best return on their investment with Homes. As a Client Onboarding Specialist I, you are the voice of the customer and are looked to for consultative marketing advice. You are an expert of the Homes.com products suite and make recommendations forour clients' marketing strategies. You are generally charismatic and solution oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Be an expert on Homes.com Product Suite, and generally familiar with the Residential Real Estate Industry.
  • You will be the first point of contact after a client purchases their membership focusing on education of membership benefits.
  • Finding opportunities to optimize our clients' account to ensure there is a seamless transition into our paid offering.
  • Be an educator first and foremost, and a company advocate second. It is imperative that agents leave with more knowledge of our products after interacting with our team.
  • Responsible for researching, replicating, performing root cause analysis, and taking proactive measures to ensure our clients' accounts are set up appropriately.
  • Own the question or issue until it is resolved to make sure the customer’s experience is exceptional.
  • Adhere to team outlined goals geared toward agent satisfaction, positive sentiment, and ultimately client retention.
  • Work in various systems to update orders, cancel transactions, and enter data in an accurate manner (must be tech-savvy).
  • Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an extremely thorough and orderly manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • Experience in customer service, building rapport over the telephone and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
  • A strong interest (or experience) in real estate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Communication, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences at all levels of management.
  • A strong sense of responsibility to the customer and aren't satisfied until they are delighted.
  • Ability to deliver results while working to deadlines under pressure.

• Ability to plan and organize workload in a fast-paced environment. • An upbeat, positive attitude.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.
