The Hagerstown YMCA is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to be a part of our Member Service Team. This part-time position is for late afternoon, early morning, evening, and weekend hours. Member Service staff provides timely, friendly, accurate customer service to members and guests of the YMCA. As a team member, candidate will be responsible for accurately registering program participants and taking payments, maintaining accurate member records, selling merchandise, and completing clerical tasks as directed. Ability to multi-task a must and prior experience in customer service preferred. Computer and phone skills a must.
