Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Member Services Coordinator/Executive Assistant to support our Club's plan to attract and retain members.
A Platinum Club of America and Board Room Magazine Distinguished Club, Bethesda Country Club (BCC) is known for providing an outstanding golf experience, premier tennis operations, active swim and youth programming and excellent Food & Beverage services.
This position requires a motivated and responsive communicator to interact with the membership committee as well as current and prospective members.
Strong organizational skills and high degree of responsiveness are necessary to assist with the new member orientation process, process membership applications, and ensure the proper maintenance of membership records.
This position will also provide administrative support for the General Manager/COO and Board of Directors.
Must be internet savvy and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, Canva, and Club Accounting/POS systems. Must be personally capable and comfortable with technology and incorporate its uses in his/her everyday role, while also remembering the need for outstanding member relations.
Marketing/communications background and/or degree is highly desirable.
