I. POSITION SUMMARY
EPIC Pharmacies, Inc is currently seeking a self-motivated professional to assist members and internal customers with inquiries, coordinate and assist with enrollment while providing superior service.
II. POSITION EXPECTATIONS
· Field inbound calls responding to a variety of inquiries from members and internal customers
· Respond with electronic correspondence to a variety of inquiries from members and internal customers
· Coordinate enrollment of new members
· Process incoming enrollment applications
· Process enrollment exceptions
· Follow up with applicants as needed for missing/new documentation needed for enrollment purposes
· Correspond with NCPDP and PBM’s to validate store information is loaded correctly
· Provide superior service to our members and internal customers
· Maintain customer records with a high level of data integrity
· Collaboratively work with others to resolve issues, assist driving organizational and process improvements
· Assist members with the EPIC website
· Other duties as assigned

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Associate’s degree preferred
· 3+ years prior customer service experience
· Exemplary customer service skills
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical aptitude
· Effective problem resolution skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Adobe
· Ability to contribute in a collaborative work environment
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to handle all inquiries with professionalism
· Ability to multitask while maintaining quality
· Flexibility, adaptability and dependability
· Ability to prioritize
